This is the second property Kim has sold for me in the last year. She has excellent communication skills- always keeping me informed right away of updates on the transaction and guiding me through the process. She is very educated and knowledgeable about the real estate market, which makes her a great negotiator and advisor. I would recommend Kim to any family or friend looking for a real estate agent!

I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!

Monica made herself available in a considerable time whenever I wanted to see a property. She had answers to my questions. She even sent m e properties that she thought I would be interested in buying. Once I chose a place, Monica stayed involved to make sure that documents were signed and that the mortgage company did the things they needed to do. She made this experience so much easier.
