We loved working with Sarah. She's fun to go looking at house with, and makes the whole process as easy as possible. This is the second home we have purchased with Sarah as our agent, and this was not a quick process. She was patient with us as we viewed house after house for over a year before finding the one that we bought. We made several offers throughout that time, but finally one was accepted in this crazy market. The whole time Sarah guided us through this process. She even listed our old house and we had more offers to pick from than the days the place was on the market. I would highly recommend Sarah and will definitely be reaching out to her again if/when it is time to find a new home.

Erika is fantastic!! She took full control of the process from start to finish. She also has a huge network of contractors and helped me tackle a few checklist items prior to sale. She really knows the market and has a passion for her business. She kept me updated at every step along the way and made everything so easy.
