She helped me find a handyman to help get the property ready for sale. And some cleaning people to complete that process. The house sold in a week. When looking for a real estate agent, you want someone who will do what they say they will do. Paula is that person.

Kathy is exactly what you want in a buying agent. She does her homework on the market and offers a great set of eyes to point out features of the property you may not think of. Whether those features are desireable or undesireable. She definitely helped me decide houses to pass on vs make an offer while respecting that it was my decision to make based on what *I* was looking for in a house, and she recalibrated HER expectations to fit my buying goals. 10/10, definitely plan on working with Kathy Dodge in the future!
