The first day Angel met with us she was fully prepared before we even sat down. She already had comparable listings and history from our neighborhood. She certainly did her homework! We were in the middle of a very quick move and needed help finding contractors to finish work at our house. Angel was so helpful in suggesting contractors, meeting them at the house and acting as a go between. She ensured work was done in a timely manner and the correct way. At one point I had several deliveries there and she shipped them to my new home for me. She really went above and beyond! She met my neighbors and they commented how thorough she was and personable as well. Selling and buying a house can be so stressful. Angel made the transaction as smooth as it could be. This is the second property Kim has sold for me in the last year. She has excellent communication skills- always keeping me informed right away of updates on the transaction and guiding me through the process. I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!
