Matt was quick to communicate and respond to any changes of the sales process. He gave very good advice for a counteroffer so that we got the sales price we wanted and closed in only 15 days. It was less than 30 days from the time the house went on the market to closing the deal. He even helped us move several items out of the house.

Rachael was extremely helpful in my decision to sell. She explained each step of the way in a way that I could understand what to expect. The first day Angel met with us she was fully prepared before we even sat down. She already had comparable listings and history from our neighborhood. She certainly did her homework! We were in the middle of a very quick move and needed help finding contractors to finish work at our house. Angel was so helpful in suggesting contractors, meeting them at the house and acting as a go between. She ensured work was done in a timely manner and the correct way. At one point I had several deliveries there and she shipped them to my new home for me. She really went above and beyond!
