Mike is a true local and veteran agent, which was a big comfort in a market we are not as familiar with. His experience with the properties, neighborhoods, and people of Cleveland results in invaluable insight and realistic expectations. He knows who's serious or not, and shielded us from insincere offers. He's very personable as well, and harnessed personal connections to facilitate solutions during our negotiations. His patience and steady demeanor carried us through a few hiccups late in the sale process and finally got us across the finish line. I highly recommend Mike to partner with whether buying or selling!

He has great maker knowledge and knows what he is doing. Strong communication skills. Even when he was on vacation with family it of country he. Communicated with me and made sure I was updated with any events that occurred in the process of closing. When things needed to be done he was hands on and took responsibility upon himself and competed the work needed to be done. Thank you very much Eric

Very responsive, well informed and easy to get ahold of
