While I was not a first time homebuyer, this was my first time selling and buying a house simultaneously. Cassie really helped make this process as stress free as possible. From giving advice on how to stage our home to closing on our new home, she was there for everything we needed and every question. She really made us a priority. Cassie even helped entertain our toddler while we looked at houses! We couldn’t be happier in our new home and highly recommend her for to those looking for a realtor.

Kathy Fawcett is a true real estate professional. She walked us through every aspect of our home sale and answered all our questions completely; she communicated every step clearly and concisely; she handled all repairs to the property requested by the buyer. Kathy provided us with a true full-service experience. Because of her expertise, we received a full price offer one day after our listing went active! We recommend Kathy and her team to anyone looking to sell or buy their home! Kathy definitely exceeded our expectations!
