Sandy did an exceptional job of working with me to sell my property. Her professionalism partnered with her knowledge and experience took the stress of selling my property off of me! She was very proactive and always available & willing to explain topics to me. I am so appreciative of all her hard work and dedication. Would definitely recommend working with Sandy.

Helen is the best! Would definitely recommend her!

Kathy is exactly what you want in a buying agent. She does her homework on the market and offers a great set of eyes to point out features of the property you may not think of. Whether those features are desireable or undesireable. She definitely helped me decide houses to pass on vs make an offer while respecting that it was my decision to make based on what *I* was looking for in a house, and she recalibrated HER expectations to fit my buying goals. 10/10, definitely plan on working with Kathy Dodge in the future!

I can't say enough nice things about working with Michael. We were able to find a home that was in our price range and perfect for us. Mr. Atkinson made himself available when it was convenient for my wife and I - and he learned our preferences/what we were looking for immediately (The man has a sixth sense about these things)! About a month after moving into our home Michael came through for us in a big way in helping with an escrow issue. He really went above and beyond in this instance and resolved the issue quickly - something that I'm not convinced a different realtor would have done. With the personal attention, availability, and work ethic that Michael beings to the table, I feel very strongly about recommending him to anyone looking for a home!
