Denise did an exellent job marketing and showing our house. She held many open houses, for agents and the public, advertised the listing in many venues that ultimately led to multiple offers. A wonderful job by a super agent.

As first time home buyers, the process seemed not only difficult but frustrating and exhausting and we had many hiccups along the way. But Ken helped us through every obstacle and was readily available to help us with each part of the process and this helped greatly. His honesty was the biggest thing we bonded with. He didn't push us towards anything and explained everything in detail of the process as well as homes we viewed. He attended our closing with us with a nice congratulations in the end also. Jayme pulled off a sale on our old house and new purchase house but there were CHALLENGES;By the grace of God we closed on the sale of our old home and the new home purchase within a day of each other. The definition of seamless is an understatement. Jayme is has a blue collar mentality, and what I mean by this is that he is a grinder. He wont stop until he succeeds. Zero realtors will ever out work Jayme. Side note, he has done multiple deals for us and including other family members. All have been successful.
