Hi, We noticed a home on our street was up for sale last year and the place was a mob scene of showings. I took note of Anya's info thinking if I ever sell I am calling her! We hired her and she listed the house- the next three days produced 52 showings and on the 4th day 13 offers- we could not believe it but it was a constant flow of buyers for an entire weekend!!
