If you would have asked me a year ago if I ever was going to sell my house, I would have said absolutely not. I guess you just have to find the perfect forever home you are looking for and the best realtor in the business to sell your current house. We had a very good realtor the first time around with Cutler, but this time, our experience with Ashley Benning was outstanding. She was prompt, patient, and willing to work harder than any other agent out there to get our property sold. We couldn't be more thrilled with the results.

It was our first time buying a home and had no idea what we were walking into. The market has been crazy with ups and downs. Kathy was knowledgeable and was always open when new houses became available. She advised us on the properties worth and never pushed us into any houses that didnt fit our needs. Norma was in contact the whole time we were looking and in negotiations and helped us with closing in a timely manner. I had a house in Michigan to sell so I had to be out of Ohio. She continued to work with John and I to make sure the house in Dover was handled quickly and properly Great relationship to this day. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell current or purchase a home
