As I downsized from a long-term home to a new residence, Kathy Hendricks helped make the transition very easy for me. From the beginning, she listened carefully to my wish list, and actively sought out properties to suit my needs. Once we found what I was looking for, she was well prepared with paperwork and help through all the steps leading to the purchase of my new home. I was very satisfied with her communication skills, her knowledge of the real estate market, and the professional manner in which she did business. I would recommend Kathy Hendricks to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Kathy is among the best. We sent an e-mail regarding a home and in less than an hour we had made contact with her. She became our realtor. She always made time to be available and she also had good knowledge of the lenders process and would answer out questions in no time. She would take the time to gather properties she thought we would be interested in and she was right every time. Kathy gets 2 thumbs up.

I have known Kevin for a very long time. I knew he would be a very trustworthy real estate agent. Kevin was very knowlegable of what I did to prepare (remodel) the property for sale. Kevin always answered questions regaing the sale process. He was knowledgable of the area and the transition that the older, downtown part of Pickerington is experiencing. I'm sure I will continue to use Kevin in future real estate matters. David Williard
