Judith listed our house for us, and we were under contract in a week. She has a great reputation in our community and was recommended to me by our mortgage broker. She was also our buying agent. She got us in to look a house before it even hit the market, knowing it was in a neighborhood we wanted and in our budget. We loved the house and offered, and just closed yesterday. She really hooked us up by working it out so we could move into our new home before the keys to our new home are handed over. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and wonderful to work with. Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community. She helped me through every step of the process with her contacts in lenders, inspectors, builders, etc. Lynda was always easy to get ahold of any time I needed her and was with me at all inspections, orientations, and closing. She has helped me prepare with recommendations on what to buy and maintain for the house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me through this process and to help me get a much better home than I had ever expected.
