He is very acknowledge on home improvements, comparisons in the area, rental values, and literally everything I asked he had an answer for and if he did not have it then he got it for me. Not a sales person whatsoever very down to earth, and gave me his honest opinion. Straight shooter. I would recommend him to anyone. The shower faucet regulator was not working, and he went back and fixed it on his own time so it was not an issue with the seller. Above and beyond
