Dave Hughes was recommended to me by a friend, and I chose him out of numerous other realtors. He was prompt with his communication, very knowledgeable with the real estate market, considerate and respectful. We were in contract within 5 days of listing with Dave, and closed in about 30 days. Very very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were moving from Florida to Ohio and Stacey was on top of everything. She kept us up to date on every process and gave us professional advice throughout the whole deal. She made the move and sale less stressful. I would recommend her for anyone doing a move or sale.

Finding a builder and getting a standalone condo built from 1000 miles away with so easy with Stacey‘s help. She did most of the work and we did very little. I would recommend her to anyone. She’s so helpful.
