Knowledgeable, attentive, prompt
Dave Hughes was recommended to me by a friend, and I chose him out of numerous other realtors. He was prompt with his communication, very knowledgeable with the real estate market, considerate and respectful. We were in contract within 5 days of listing with Dave, and closed in about 30 days. Was and am very happy that I chose Dave to be my realtor, I consider him a friend now.
