Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents, she was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the coop board. This made it really easy to move in less than 2 month, she was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Thank you so much Linda.

Great realtor

We didn't even "shop around" for a realtor. We had one that we didn't care for, even though he came highly recommended. We wanted to see a few houses and filled out the info on Zillow. We were gifted Tom. He has knowledge and experience. He wasn't irritated that we were looking for a relatively inexpensive house for our son. He was with us during the entire process. Hopefully he will still be active when the time comes to sell our current home!

Robin, our knowledgeable and experienced realtor help sell our home quickly and efficiently.

Robin keeps you well informed on each step of the process. We reviewed a number of similar homes in the area that recently sold to establish our price point. She suggested doing a coming soon process that allow home buyers to review the house online and we had a number of appointments set up for the first day on the market. The video and photos were done very nicely. We received and accepted an offer over asking the second day it was on the market. Robin kept us informed at each step of the process and gave suggestions to help with the sale and as we worked through the steps to the closing. We have worked with Robin and a purchase and a sale of a home in the last 6 years. Both experiences went very smoothly.
