Patty did an amazing job of selling our Villa! We met ahead of time to review the process and to get her input on staging. Six days before the listing sent live, she posted it on all of the sites as "Coming Soon". Then it went live on a Saturday morning, there were multiple showings and subsequently multiple offers. Monica is the type of Realtor that will not give up on getting you to where you need to be to buy a home of your dreams. My sistuation in buying my home was very very indept! I had no clue on what needed to be done before filling out an Applicatin for financing. As a matter of fact; I should have not really wasted thier time because I did not have my crap in order to buy a home in the first place! I really should have waited another 6 months to a year. This experience was so stressful for me because I prayed she would understand my frustrations and that I needed to stop RENTING! When a realtor has your back with all the mess I had in my finances and TAXES, she prayed, we prayed and the prayer worked! I got financed (with difficulties) but we did it! Monica's dedication showed me she cares about her position and clients. If I had to do this over again, no doubt I would again choose MONICA DAVIS for my realtor. Our team was Phenomenal!
