Awesome experience start to finish!
Patty did an amazing job of selling our Villa! We met ahead of time to review the process and to get her input on staging. Six days before the listing sent live, she posted it on all of the sites as "Coming Soon". Then it went live on a Saturday morning, there were multiple showings and subsequently multiple offers. We chose an offer over listing price. I highly recommend Patty for your next sale or purchase.
