As a first time home buyer, I don't know what I would have done without Joan. I had a million questions before we met and after our first meeting I didn't even need to ask, she answered everything for me. I had 100% trust working with Joan, she is such a positive light and had my back every step of the way.

I had a great experience selling my Springfield house with Joan Rauh. Joan was extremely patient with all agents involved and truly went the extra mile to get the house sold. She worked long hours, including weekends and weekdays, and made sure both the buyer and seller were satisfied. Her dedication, professionalism, and hard work made the entire transaction go through smoothly. I highly recommend Joan to anyone looking to sell their home.

This was my first home purchase and Joan did such a great job! She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process, and kept my best interest at heart. I am very happy with my new home and would definitely recommend Joan!
