Dee was amazing! We lived in Ohio and we were moving to Florida in a very short time frame. We created a list of homes we wanted to see and emailed it to her before we arrived. We got off the plane and met Dee for breakfast. She really took the time to get to know us. Not just as clients but as friends. Every home she selected was a definite contender. As we narrowed them down and created our pros and cons list, she was always available for any questions/concerns we had. We made an offer on the third day of visiting and Dee was able to negotiate everything we wanted and more.
