I can't begin to express how greatful i am to have had the experience of house hunting with such an Amazing Realtor. From the education of home buying, to the step by step of the entire process. Shalonda really made my home buying experience one to remember. I came into it excited, nervous, and as the house hunting progressed, i went through emotional rollercoasters. Shalonda was right there every step of the way with words of encouragement cheering me on. You don't meet too many people nowadays that make you feel like a part of you that once was missing, has finally been found. Not only did she play a huge part in making a dream of mine come true, she also refueled and fire in me that i had lost. I am forever greatful for you and all that you do. A huge thank you to my friend and goto girl Nikki Wolfe / Nikki Wolfe Group We closed on our home of 5 years today. She has been there the whole time.... seriously, she sold me the house in 2018. The crazy thing was we both had a vision back then. I never imagined this house would have looked as good as it did, but over countless messages, emails, phone calls of what do you think about this, or how about that, we reached the finish line finally! My favorite reply to her when she would suggest something outside my comfort zone was "remember, you're going to have to sell this house someday!" Two instances in the past five years I've had the pleasure to work with Nikki selling homes. Both opportunities i had a sell price in my mind. Both opportunities she came back with her price and she got the look. Both opportunities she sold the house for more, way more than i thought it could. I looked at her and said i think you're crazy, but I'll support you. I did what she asked and because of her vision and experience we were successful together. I call Nikki a lot of things, but most of all, she is my friend. She truly is the total package when it comes to the housing market. It doesn't matter if you're in the market to buy or sell, if you rent or own, you need to follow this girl. I have learned so much from her and look forward to doing this again someday. Fun fact, all of the houses in my old neighborhood, which is pretty desirable, that were listed for sale at the same time as mine are all still for sale today. I can't say enough about what she has done and helped me do over the years. What i can say is that Nikki, i appreciate you. You're killing it girl!
