Terry could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful in my home buying processed if he tried. I'm an older lady with serious health problems who retired from 3rd shift after 25 years. Since I normally sleep in the daytime Terry would not hear of me operating a motor vehicle during what is usually my sleep time. He came and picked me up and dropped me off during every single step of the process. I told Terry what I required in a property, with quite an extensive list, and in less than 24 hours he found a property for me in the town I wanted with every single box ticked. From the time I gave him the list until closing date was only 35 days because he made everything so smooth, quick and easy as possible. There was not a single negative thing during my experience with Terry. Terry was greatly helpful in negotiating with the seller on all the things that I required for them to complete before I was comfortable with buying the property. I really can't say enough positive things about Terry. I would never use or recommend any other agent. I was supposed to be on complete bed rest during this time period but Terry made everything so incredibly easy that I hardly even noticed what was required of me. I never in my wildest dreams imagined that it could be so simple and quick to find a property that was my dream home. Terry will always be an incomparable addition to any brokerage he is employed by.
