From the time I gave him the list until closing date was only 35 days because he made everything so smooth, quick and easy as possible. There was not a single negative thing during my experience with Terry. Terry was greatly helpful in negotiating with the seller on all the things that I required for them to complete before I was comfortable with buying the property. I really can't say enough positive things about Terry. I would never use or recommend any other agent. I was supposed to be on complete bed rest during this time period but Terry made everything so incredibly easy that I hardly even noticed what was required of me. I never in my wildest dreams imagined that it could be so simple and quick to find a property that was my dream home. Terry will always be an incomparable addition to any brokerage he is employed by.
