Jim Toon is the best realtor I have ever worked with. He is honest, hard-working and super responsive. He always got in touch with us quickly and scheduled things for us at a moment’s notice when possible. He knows the market, knows the homes and has substantial history in this area. The best thing is that he truly cares about his clients and helping them to find what they want! This is probably the fourth or fifth time my family has worked with Jim. I recommend him to all of my family and friends!

Kyle was very helpful helping me find, and purchase my first home. We went through many houses together, and even though I was looking for a low cost home he still provided top-notch service. Then when it came to filling out paperwork and finalizing the loan he was there the whole way. I am very thankful for his help. Also, through Howard-Hannah he put me in contact with an insurance agent who was also very helpful. Both Kyle and the Insurance agent used the software "Dotloop" which made the process of signing documents incredibly easy. Kyle is a real go-getter. He may be young, but he is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience and it shows!
