More than that, she was great at laying out our next steps for us and keeping us in communication. When we found the house we loved, Dawn was able to get us under contract within mere days! With such a crazy market, we couldn't be happier with our house and our process of working with Dawn. She was there in person for our inspection report, when my husband and I were unable to attend. She also provided great recommendations for other other services to consider. We enjoyed working with her so much, that we (almost) wish the house-hunting process had taken longer!
