Victoria and her team run a seamless operation. From our first phone call through closing, there was never a question, call text or concern that went unanswered. From the market knowledge, to the presentation and negotiations, the entire team is second to none. Don't think twice, just call them, they have it handled!

When making such a large decision, my husband and I wanted to work with someone we could trust. Dawn exceeded any and all expectations we had for our realtor! From the very beginning, she was quick to respond to every message and inquiry. Within days, we had tours scheduled for multiple houses and Dawn was quick to make herself available for us. While touring houses, Dawn was able to provide very detailed and important insight about the properties and their conditions. With her long-standing background and experience in houses, we felt very lucky to get such helpful information from her. My husband and I were first-time homebuyers, so we had a plethora of questions throughout the process. Dawn was always available to take our calls and texts, at all times of the day. More than that, she was great at laying out our next steps for us and keeping us in communication. When we found the house we loved, Dawn was able to get us under contract within mere days! With such a crazy market, we couldn't be happier with our house and our process of working with Dawn. She was there in person for our inspection report, when my husband and I were unable to attend. She also provided great recommendations for other other services to consider. We enjoyed working with her so much, that we (almost) wish the house-hunting process had taken longer! At the end of the day, Dawn's professional insight, skills, and care made our home-buying journey incredibly smooth, quick, enjoyable. We could not recommend Dawn enough. We have found our home and we have Dawn to thank for that!
