We've had multiple experience with Realtors. Shad is honest, helpful and a true 'partner'. He gave us a strong plan of how to get the most out of our property. A testament to his commitment was when the day before it went on the market, we were out of town and needed a mirror. Shad literally drove and picked one up for us and brought it back to our remodeling team. We havent had any realtors in our 20 years of buying homes even consider something like that. Shad even helped us multiple times before we were ready to sell our house without asking for anything in return. Give him a shot. You wont be sorry.

I was very picky and Samantha made sure she picked areas I'd like and in my price range and made sure I knew what to do during my bidding and explained all the paperwork and contacted me when things would come up and explained what was happening. She was very patient and wonderful and I was very happy having her as my realtor.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable of the real estate market.
