Shad is a native of Northwest Ohio. He and his wife Amanda reside in Perrysburg with their children Tyler, Logan and Lilah!
Shad graduated from Maumee High School, attended the University of Dayton and The University of Toledo and has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2000. Shad continually develops and refines his real estate expertise and has the following designations: e-PRO, Certified New Home Specialist, and Certified Distressed Property Expert.
Shad is a lifetime member of the Northwest Ohio REALTORS® (NOR) President's Sales Club, Ohio REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®. Shad is a vital part of the locally owned brokerage firm, The Danberry Company, where he is one of over 340 real estate professionals providing customized, boutique service to area residents. In 2020, the firm achieved a record sales volume of $1,003,303,876.
In addition to serving the community as a trusted real estate advisor, Shad also volunteers with the Backpacks for Humans non-profit organization which provides necessities to Toledo's homeless population.
