Joe did a wonderful job with helping in our relocation to the area. He was very helpful in identifying candidate properties & helping us narrow down the selections. When he took my wife around the first time, he had a very good process for helping her compare among the dozen homes she went through. He was available more than a few times to take us through homes - even for multiple visits to the same homes. He guided us through the process of negotiating the price and the inspection process and results - and fully supported the mortgage and closing. He and his team kept in touch to make sure we were pleased with our new home and our acclimation to the area. I would definitely recommend Joe & his team!
