Ritta was committed to my journey from the very beginning when I came to her knowing that I was still tied to another house and was living in Columbus, not knowing when I would be able to move. Every time I came to town, she would work diligently to set up showings for houses I was interested in. She hung in there with me and when that other house sold, nothing changed, she was right on top of working for me. When I found the house I wanted, she negotiated and worked on my behalf to make sure the sale happened for me. She is very knowledgeable and attentive, not missing a beat. I am so thankful she was my Real Estate agent, interacting with her felt warm and understanding as if I were talking to a friend. Her honesty and integrity were above board. I am extremely happy with the results and my new house!!!

If you are looking for someone that is detail oriented, has great communication, friendly, kind hearted, and easy to work with you have found the best realtor in Niki Griffin. Her communication was top notch when it came to getting paperwork signed, showings, helping schedule inspections, etc. Her kind natured spirit yet professional demeanor when getting through the process was what I would expect from a salesperson. Really nothing more to say other than, if your looking for a pleasurable experience I highly recommend Niki. We were blessed to have found her and will continue to promote her services.

After working with numerous agents in various states, we have completed more than a handtul of deals with Rachel Latta. She is a deal maker, very knowledgeable, competent, yyand responsive. To tybe honest, she cannot be replaced. We appreciate everything you have done and will continue to do for us,

Communication during the whole process was perfect! Very professional, she also sold me the home and I asked her to help my sell it too!

Emily went above and beyond helping us with the sale of our house. We had to unexpectedly and quickly move out of state and she helped us through everything when we couldn’t be there. I highly recommend her as an agent!
