We didn't even "shop around" for a realtor. We had one that we didn't care for, even though he came highly recommended. We wanted to see a few houses and filled out the info on Zillow. We were gifted Tom. He has knowledge and experience. He wasn't irritated that we were looking for a relatively inexpensive house for our son. He was with us during the entire process. Hopefully he will still be active when the time comes to sell our current home!

Known Pete for a long time now and when we were ready to buy a house he was my first choice. He was always responsive and extremely helpful. When we look to buy or sell again we will definitely go with Pete.
