Our experience with Cody exceeded our expectations. He was incredibly knowledgeable on the market place and understood where the house should be priced at. He gave helpful tips on how to make the house more marketable and most importantly he had our best interests in mind. He did not push the first offers so he could move on and focus on others, instead he gave advice using his experience. In the end it worked out for the best in that we got a better offer a few days later. I highly recommend Cody for your realtor needs and we would use him again.
