If you are looking for a home, and dont know where to start? I advise you to please check out Kathy Brown at Re/Max. She was outstanding to work with, she kept us in the loop on EVERYTHING! Not once did she leave us in the dark, or questioning whats next. She made the whole house buying process a breeze. She makes you feel like family and really takes your interest and likes into everything. I couldn't recommend Kathy enough to anyone! If I could leave 10/10 I would!

Ritta was committed to my journey from the very beginning when I came to her knowing that I was still tied to another house and was living in Columbus, not knowing when I would be able to move. Every time I came to town, she would work diligently to set up showings for houses I was interested in. She hung in there with me and when that other house sold, nothing changed, she was right on top of working for me. When I found the house I wanted, she negotiated and worked on my behalf to make sure the sale happened for me. She is very knowledgeable and attentive, not missing a beat. I am so thankful she was my Real Estate agent, interacting with her felt warm and understanding as if I were talking to a friend. Her honesty and integrity were above board. I am extremely happy with the results and my new house!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bryan Spurlock from Howard Hanna, and I am thrilled to share my experience. He quickly understood my needs and preferences, providing a curated list of properties that perfectly matched what I was looking for. His deep knowledge of the local market and keen attention to detail were evident in every recommendation. Bryan’s communication skills are top-notch. He was always available to answer my questions, no matter how trivial they might have seemed. His timely responses and proactive updates kept me informed at every stage, ensuring I never felt out of the loop. What truly sets Bryan apart is his genuine dedication to his clients. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, from initial viewing to final closing. His honest advice and expert negotiation skills were invaluable, resulting in a fantastic deal on my new home. I highly recommend Bryan Spurlock from Howard Hanna to anyone looking for a realtor who combines expertise, efficiency, and a personal touch. Bryan’s commitment to excellence makes him a standout professional in the real estate industry.
