Jacob was the listing agent for myself,and 5 others on a property. He did a great job keeping all of us informed of what was going on. One of the owners lives out of state and did a great job getting things to her as needed. He always got right back to us whenever we had questions. Jamie Voglesong was a fantastic agent. She was on time to all our meetings, actively listened to my goal with the house, and provided knowledgeable feedback on options how to proceed. She was friendly and had good energy, and never rushed me along the process. New job offer forced me to quickly move a couple hundred miles away and Jamie gave me regular updates on the house. Verifying the lawn service was actually getting done, etc. Sending text messages or calls for each viewing and offer. Overall, selling your home is an emotional stress.
