When making such a large decision, my husband and I wanted to work with someone we could trust. Dawn exceeded any and all expectations we had for our realtor! With such a crazy market, we couldn't be happier with our house and our process of working with Dawn. She was there in person for our inspection report, when my husband and I were unable to attend. She also provided great recommendations for other other services to consider. We enjoyed working with her so much, that we (almost) wish the house-hunting process had taken longer!
