Joe listed and sold our home in Ottawa Hills and was extremely professional. He was willing to have the sometimes difficult and necessary conversations on staging and pricing. We never doubted his goal to sell our home. If we could, we'd work with Joe again. No question.

We relocated from New Jersey and we were unfamiliar with the area. Joe was extremely responsive, easy to work with and genuinely engaged and concerned. You know when someone's just handling you and when they are actively involved and with Joe we got the involved attention we required in selecting our home. I can't imagine a better agent.

Joe did a wonderful job with helping in our relocation to the area. He was very helpful in identifying candidate properties & helping us narrow down the selections. When he took my wife around the first time, he had a very good process for helping her compare among the dozen homes she went through. He was available more than a few times to take us through homes - even for multiple visits to the same homes. He guided us through the process of negotiating the price and the inspection process and results - and fully supported the mortgage and closing. He and his team kept in touch to make sure we were pleased with our new home and our acclimation to the area. I would definitely recommend Joe & his team!
