As I was out of state for some of the renovations and the entire sales process, Matt was proactively involved is handling the details to enable a smooth transaction. He took it upon himself to do things which he easily could have told me "to call someone", ie pay someone else to take care of several items that needed attention.

Aly was THE best realtor to work with! She is so responsive and truly cares about what you want in your home/area you want to live in. She takes the time to get to know you and all of your wants and needs and is with you every single step of the way! Aly always made sure I felt safe and comfortable at all of the places I looked at and then we would talk about what I liked and didn’t like about the property until I found my perfect place. Aly is so knowledgeable about the market and how to navigate putting in an offer and as a first time home buyer this was so helpful and she made the process not stressful. She would explain everything to me to make sure I understood it and helped me with every step along the way. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and treats them like family! I can’t say enough amazing things about Aly - run don’t walk to have her be your real-estate agent!! She will take care of you and connect you to the most amazing people to help you with the other parts of the home buying process as well! Aly helped me find my home and she will help you find yours! Heather was GREAT! From the first time we met, she was so professional and knowledgeable about her field! She was able to get my house listed within DAYS of our initial meeting. She also LISTENED to me and took the situation I was in with my home and combined it with her skills in real-estate, to put a plan together that WORKED! We ended up with MULTIPLE offers on my home, and even had back up contracts to ensure the sale would happen as promised! When COVID 19 hit, I received a call from a new associate in Heathers branch, Christine... Let me say this, She IS AMAZING!!! She checked on my well being and asked if i needed anything, as she knew I lived alone among a pandemic, she asked if i had enough groceries...WOW!!!! What a caring person! Christine facilitated the closing of my house, inspections, and also negotiated closely with Heather, with the multiple offers that were made. There were some problems that arose with the buyers, Christine and Heather quickly resolved the issues and closed on my home. Even after the closing on my home, Christine was there to help me with questions, that came up, with out hesitation! Heather is Truly the BEST at what she does! Great Job ladies!

Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community. She helped me through every step of the process with her contacts in lenders, inspectors, builders, etc. Lynda was always easy to get ahold of any time I needed her and was with me at all inspections, orientations, and closing. She has helped me prepare with recommendations on what to buy and maintain for the house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me through this process and to help me get a much better home than I had ever expected.
