This team worked together so well to make our move smooth. Quick to answer questions, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you!

Esther was very patient with us as we spent over a year looking at houses. When we were in contract she paid close attention to details and ensured a smooth transaction.

I highly recommend using Manouchka as your real estate agent. Great individual who genuinely care’s about her clients. I will definitely use her again for my future real estate deals.

Aly was THE best realtor to work with! She is so responsive and truly cares about what you want in your home/area you want to live in. She takes the time to get to know you and all of your wants and needs and is with you every single step of the way! Aly always made sure I felt safe and comfortable at all of the places I looked at and then we would talk about what I liked and didn’t like about the property until I found my perfect place. Aly is so knowledgeable about the market and how to navigate putting in an offer and as a first time home buyer this was so helpful and she made the process not stressful. She would explain everything to me to make sure I understood it and helped me with every step along the way. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and treats them like family! I can’t say enough amazing things about Aly - run don’t walk to have her be your real-estate agent!! She will take care of you and connect you to the most amazing people to help you with the other parts of the home buying process as well! Aly helped me find my home and she will help you find yours! You will laugh and make memories along the way and you will have someone who is looking out for you and is the most caring person by you along the way! You want someone like this on your home buying journey! Aly was the best and I will tell everyone to use her!

Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community. She helped me through every step of the process with her contacts in lenders, inspectors, builders, etc. Lynda was always easy to get ahold of any time I needed her and was with me at all inspections, orientations, and closing. She has helped me prepare with recommendations on what to buy and maintain for the house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me through this process and to help me get a much better home than I had ever expected.

Kristin is very knowledgeable in her field. She was easy to work with and did an excellent job with the sale of our home! We used Kristin to purchase our home as well. She is an expert in her field as well as helping us negotiate. I would recommend using Kristin to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a home.
