I actually began working with Robbin in 2009 when I contacted her for a market value on my home. She spent several hours with me, going over all the information and questions I had even though she knew I probably would not list that year and was considering selling without an agent. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way however she was very thorough in her information on the pros and cons of selling with and without an agent. When I did list with her in 2010 and again in 2011 she was always very respectful of my wishes, understanding my unique situation she was always willing to advise me but never pressuring me to lower my price. During this time she also willingly and patiently showed me many homes though she knew I was not ready to buy until my home sold. I found Robbin to be both aggressive in her approach and sensitive to my timing. I will definitely call on her in the future.

Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted.
