I looked and found a house on Zillow and they hooked me up with this great real state agent, He put together a very strong offer that was accepted right away. I saw the house only once.The agent did everything else for me got me a great home inspection, needed some remedies and my agent followed up with listing agent and their contractor they took care of all remedies real fast. I was working with a great mortgage lender with a very sophisticated team the worke with my agent ,got with my employer to help gather all documents needed and lender and my agent got me a very strong appraisal and renegotiated the pri ce. I did not lose any time at work my lender and agent were very intelligent they did all the work for me and I was able to close on the house in only 23 days they were very amazing. That's why if you have if you need to buy a house you need to find the right people to work with first ,then you will go through a very smooth Process. I thank them all from the bottom of my my.
