My house was on the market for 2 days, I got an offer and two weeks later we closed. Doug kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way.

We worked with Doug Haney he was fantastic in helping us sell our Estate/ Home that we inherited right in St Paris Ohio! We definitely were nervous and never had this happen to us before and being on a time frame also was nerve racking at the beginning and our 100 questions but trust and believe he answered all our questions and showed us everything we needed to know, Doug came prepared with clear pricing , as a house that sat “as is” he amazed us with his footwork and determination to get this place sold and he did that such thing! At a price we were very comfortable walking away with ! He kept us up to date on everything and made sure we were 100% in good hands! We highly recommend Doug Haney to our friends and family and to you!

Doug was absolutely amazing to work with! We truly can’t thank him enough for how detailed, thorough, and supportive he was throughout the entire home-buying process. His communication was excellent, and he always made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. He made what can be a stressful process feel so much easier, and we always felt like we were in great hands. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else when it comes to buying or selling a home. Thank you so much, Doug, for helping us find our new home!
