She explained every question we had. Could get a hold of her anytime, she was very market knowledgeable, great communication and is very professional..We enjoyed working with Siara

We had the absolute best team ever working to find us a home! À home not a house.

Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community. She helped me through every step of the process with her contacts in lenders, inspectors, builders, etc. Lynda was always easy to get ahold of any time I needed her and was with me at all inspections, orientations, and closing. She has helped me prepare with recommendations on what to buy and maintain for the house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me through this process and to help me get a much better home than I had ever expected.

Kathy is the epitome of what a real estate professional should be. Very personable, knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for her clients! Tell your friends and family to give her and her team a call! You won’t regret it.

Ben was wonderful to work with both on the sale of our property in Delaware where our home sold for the highest amount ever garnered for a property in that development. He also represented us on the purchase of our new home in Sunbury where everything was spot on from our offer thru the close. His expertise and professionalism were evident throughout both transactions. We would definitely recommend Ben to anyone looking for someone to manage their real estate transaction.
