We put our condo on the market before the installation of a new elevator could be completed. It was under contract so quickly that it meant coordinating the trades necessary to get the elevator in and running. Additionally, we were not in town. Jeff offered to handle the cooridination of everything having to do with getting it on the market — painting, new carpet, cleaning, staging — and then the installation of the elevator which I had initiated and had under contract but not installed. This meant the pre-installation work, the installation contractor, and then the post-installation work. Jeff was amazing! It went almost completely flawlessly. Additionally, Jeff handled questions from the buyers and their agent, as this was going on, with diligence and patience. He really took so much off my plate for which I was, and am, exceedingly grateful. I also worked with Jeff on the other side of the table. He helped us find the property over a two year search putting up with my lack of urgency and broad "shopping around." Our car rides were informative and delightful! I cannot recommend him highly enough whether one is buying or selling.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with her! She truly understands her job and knows the real estate market inside and out. She was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and always made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. Always prompt responses, and so good at what she does... She went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible, and we always felt like we were in good hands. If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely knows what she’s doing, listens to her clients, and truly cares about getting the best outcome, we highly recommend her! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clare displayed a high level of professionalism and knowledge in both of our buying and selling experiences. Know you will be in good hands if you choose her!
