Rosalyn was highly knowledgeable about the current market and offer sound advice as we searched for our home. My wife and I looked for about 9 months, and Rosalyn showed us many homes during that time. We never felt any pressure to buy, and she did an excellent job of helping us think through what homes fit our search and what kind of offers to submit. Her negotiation skills also were excellent and professional as she helped us lock in the purchase of our first home.

Rosalyn was wonderful to work with throughout our entire process as first-time homebuyers. She did a wonderful job with breaking things down in a way that was easy to understand, and was always willing to answer, or help us find answers to, any questions we had. Working with Rosalyn gave me significant confidence in each decision we made, knowing we were being supported by someone reliable and trustworthy.

We put our condo on the market before the installation of a new elevator could be completed. It was under contract so quickly that it meant coordinating the trades necessary to get the elevator in and running. Additionally, we were not in town. Jeff offered to handle the cooridination of everything having to do with getting it on the market — painting, new carpet, cleaning, staging — and then the installation of the elevator which I had initiated and had under contract but not installed. This meant the pre-installation work, the installation contractor, and then the post-installation work. Jeff was amazing! It went almost completely flawlessly. Additionally, Jeff handled questions from the buyers and their agent, as this was going on, with diligence and patience. He really took so much off my plate for which I was, and am, exceedingly grateful. I also worked with Jeff on the other side of the table. He helped us find the property over a two year search putting up with my lack of urgency and broad "shopping around." Our car rides were informative and delightful! I cannot recommend him highly enough whether one is buying or selling.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with her! She truly understands her job and knows the real estate market inside and out. She was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and always made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. Always prompt responses, and so good at what she does... She went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible, and we always felt like we were in good hands. If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely knows what she’s doing, listens to her clients, and truly cares about getting the best outcome, we highly recommend her! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clare displayed a high level of professionalism and knowledge in both of our buying and selling experiences. Know you will be in good hands if you choose her!

Tiffany did a fabulous job in selling my home. She was responsive and available whenever needed, plus she managed all the different aspects very effectively. It was a true pleasure having her guide this process.

We had such a great experience working with Chris as our seller’s agent during our relocation. Selling a home while going through a move can be stressful, but Chris made the process so much easier for us. From the start, we really appreciated how honest and straightforward he was. He gave us realistic advice about pricing and put together a strategy focused on getting our home sold, rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear or suggesting an unrealistic price. We were under contract within 24 hours of listing, so his strategy clearly worked! Chris was also great about communicating with us. He was always responsive when we had questions and made sure we had the information we needed in a timely manner. We never felt like we were left wondering what was happening or what we needed to do next. We’re really grateful for Chris’s guidance and honesty throughout the process. We felt like he genuinely had our best interests in mind, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an agent they can trust.

Tiffany is a great realtor she helped us. Navigate every piece in part of the buying and selling process. She always went above and beyond even when life threw us a few turn along the way. I'm so glad that she represented us. First and foremosmost it's is our friend and former neighbor! You can't go wrong with Tiffany as your realtor!
