Phile went far and above ot help us find a larger home. He was always availble and speared no effort to show us as soon as possible including on Sundays. Once we found a house we loved he showed it to us over 5 times, just because we wanted to see it while the deal was making its way to be finalized. He was not able to be present at the final signing his associate represented us instead. The deal went smooth and we are very pleased with our purchase. Phil made several recommendation to the offer I made that did indeed protect my interest. Although initially I was not happy with one of them. After further research I came to the conclusion that his recommendation were for my protection. I highly recommend Phil and he will be representing me for my future real-estate purchases in the Dayton area.

Marcus was informative, addressed our questions, educated us on the process of selling..making the whole experience less stressful. He was very good at updating us on all the offers, there was a lot of back and forth with the buyers and Marcus communicating style made the it manageable. We sold the house in a short amount of time.
