Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community. She helped me through every step of the process with her contacts in lenders, inspectors, builders, etc. Lynda was always easy to get ahold of any time I needed her and was with me at all inspections, orientations, and closing. She has helped me prepare with recommendations on what to buy and maintain for the house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me through this process and to help me get a much better home than I had ever expected.

Working with Wendy Nance was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She recently sold our large five-bedroom traditional home on 21st Street in Newark, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Her professionalism, knowledge of the local market, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She kept us informed every step of the way, provided excellent advice on preparing our home for sale, and marketed it effectively. Her communication was prompt, honest, and reassuring throughout the transaction. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, our home sold successfully, and the process exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a Realtor who truly cares about her clients and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Wendy. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did!
