As I was out of state for some of the renovations and the entire sales process, Matt was proactively involved is handling the details to enable a smooth transaction. He took it upon himself to do things which he easily could have told me "to call someone", ie pay someone else to take care of several items that needed attention.

We have bought two homes and sold one with Jessie assisting in each. To say she is professional and hard working is an understatement. Her responsiveness and thorough research getting answers to our questions was as good as it gets. Jessie’s prompt response getting us favorable showing appointments is commendable. Jessie has been our go-to realtor in the past snd she will be our realtor of choice in any future realty needs.
