Judith listed our house for us, and we were under contract in a week. She has a great reputation in our community and was recommended to me by our mortgage broker. She was also our buying agent. She got us in to look a house before it even hit the market, knowing it was in a neighborhood we wanted and in our budget. We loved the house and offered, and just closed yesterday. She really hooked us up by working it out so we could move into our new home before the keys to our new home are handed over. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and wonderful to work with. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

I truly value the effort you put into making this a smooth and successful transaction, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to others in the future. Thank you again for your outstanding service!

Market knowledge was on point and very professional and friendly. Always on time for our appointments. Andrea is very pleasant to work with. I appreciate how patient she was with me. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor! 😊

Dana is so personable and is there for her clients through everything. She worked hard and made me feel like a person and not just a number. When things didn’t go as planned she was the back bone that helped me through it all.

From start to finish throughout the entire process dawn has exceeded our expectations. Dawn has literally handled every situation in a timely manner with such professionalism. Definitely gonna use her in the future.
