She had in-depth knowledge and connections that helped to make the sale. Our house had a full price offer even before it hit the market! Jeff is great with his knowledge, responsiveness and candor. I know he can do his job in his sleep, so I feel confident in the information he was providing. The only major difference in opinion was on how to prepare our house for sale. Although we did not follow his advice to a T, we felt pressured to do so. His recommendations and the parties to prepare the house would have cost $20K, and in our opinion, we would have never recouped that money in the sale.

Marilyn is the only realtor that I have found worthy of my respect. She and Vutech Ruff are on top of every detail, and she provides great advice. I have used Marilyn to sell for houses for parties related to me, and I have also referred her to many others who have equally raved about their experiences.
