Mindy is terrific to work with every step of the way. I always knew in advance as it progressed from the day the property was listed to the day it closed. It was fast and easy to understand thanks to my forever friend and Realtor Mindy Back! I do not hesitate to highly recommend her with any real estate deal. Mindy has all the knowledge needed and necessary for a smooth transaction.

Mindy has been in this career for over 20 years. Her knowledge of all the ins and outs and details of Real Estate transactions and nuances is extensive. She definitely went the extra mile when it came to investigating all aspects of the "deal", keeping me informed and communicating with all who were involved. Her "people skills" are outstanding, her being compassionate and patient. I just can't say enough about how well this procedure, which had a couple of "pauses" went. I highly recommend Mindy to anyone looking to buy or sell. I've done this eight times, so I have dealt with a few agents. Mindy is at the top of my list of great real Estate Agents.

Mindy was so incredible to work with selling our house. She was always in communication with us on anything needed. She helped us locate contractors, and even went to the house herself to check on things so we didn’t have to drive 2 hours to do it ourselves. All around so easy to work with and made selling a house so stress free. I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a house.
