Knows how to negotiate to get the sale or purchase accomplished. 10. Jim is your realtor person you can trust. 11. He goes above and beyond for you and doesn't complain. I speak with personal experience and facts about him. I have recommended and referred him many times with happy people who have used his expertise. He loves his job, plus does his job. He's the total package you'd want in a realtor, he's one of a kind.
