I don’t know if all realtors are this patient, but our home search took us through a lot of homes and we just weren’t finding the right one. Getting into contract and closing on this house was at the speed of lightening and Courtney was amazing. Answered all of our questions, kept us up to date on everything that was going on and was a calming force for us when needed.

I felt incredibly comfortable working with Courtney as my agent to sell my home. Selling a house is so personal and has so many layers to it and Courtney was patient and understanding through the whole process. Exceptional communication, I always knew what was going on and what the next steps were. Highly recommend when buying or selling your home!

We're very grateful to Court for stepping in to help us chart a new direction for the sale of our home in Old Town East. After over a year on the market with minimal interest, Court offered some new suggestions and helped to implement them for our home. When we hit market, he was diligent with getting the word out, and within a month we were in contract. Court also served as a valuable caretaker for our home as we had already moved out of town. We would definitely recommend Court for your home sale!
